Career Consult is a special service designed to answer a worldwide demand for International career help for those wanting to work abroad. The service is individualised, to maximize personal outcome and to guarantee optimum privacy.
On a one-by-one basis the specialists of ELM answer all your personal questions related to working abroad. Ranging from your individual preparation to urgent problems when on site.
We handle queries related to:
- Looking for work in another country;
- Cultural job hunting differences;
- Recruitment opportunities abroad;
- International career choices;
- Practical advice in advance;
- Matters concerning cultural management differences;
- Cultural clashes in work ethics;
- Useful addresses & sources of information;
- First aid on site, when unexpected serious problems arise.
Career Consult is a personal service for individual career help aimed at foreign students, short-term globe hoppers, expatriates and migrants. You can chose between personal e-mail advice and telephone counseling. Both services are treated strictly confidential. For each a fee is charged depending on the complexity of the issue.
