French-born Guillaume Gevrey has to date had an international career and profound experience as an (IT consultant) trainer in both India and abroad. Guillaume is a true Global Nomad. His training skills focus on competences for Indian nationals to work effectively with non-Indian cultures such as the US, Europe and South East Asia. He is a specialist in the development and delivery of cross-cultural communication and generic leadership training.

Swiss-born Melanie Martinelli has an international background. Her Swiss-Italian-German upbringing has provided her with a sense of inherited multi-culturalism. Cultural awareness is literally in her genes! Her masters degree, an International Business Management course took her to Germany, France and Switzerland, followed by subsequent work and trainer experience in India and abroad has provided Melanie with excellent expertise in intercultural team work.

The Dubai office is headed by our associate Sharjeel Moutier. Sharjeel is an experienced intercultural trainer & consultant. He is a French national, tri cultural person with Indian roots & origins, brought up in the Middle East Gulf and with extensive international experience of living and working in more than 10 countries worldwide including more than 20 years of living and working in Middle East Gulf. He has delivered training programmes and consulted extensively worldwide to audiences comprising of more than 100 nationalities in a more than 20 countries.
