| Act Global - Think Local! | |||||||||||||||||||||

ELM is a knowledge provider on international work issues. We are specialised in customised solutions in connection with international labour mobility. The cliché in HR management used to be "Act Local - Think Global". However, in the current networked world, this needs revision. It is time for a change. Driven by our motto: "Act Global - Think Local", we hold a vast amount of international labour market knowledge on a regional level for over 40 countries. We perform local research upon which the information and training provided by ELM is based. For those interested in the Baltic Region, have a look at the Spring 2008 issue of BDF Magazine, featuring the main conclusions from the Baltic Development Forum Summit in Tallinn at which Nannette Ripmeester was one of the key speakers during the opening address.
