Networking best way to find new job
Networking is the most effective way to find a new job. In the USA the companies'
networks already fill half of their vacancies. They also use "Virtual Network";
here people can put their name by the persons they know. Employers like to use
networks; they don't have to spend time and money on adverts. With the Virtual
Network the search for the right employees can be more direct, a reason it is
believed that this Network will become popular outside the USA as well.
