‘World Grads at Work’ Game

Did you ever realise that in an Asian work environment, doing something correctly is better than doing something fast? In Europe on the other hand – and in most Western labour markets in general – faster is usually better! As a European going to work in Asia or vice-versa, how do you prepare yourself for such challenges? What kind of practicalities do you need to be aware of?

This game on managing cultural differences will help resolve uncertainties and potential hesitation by illustrating how to gain a degree of cultural sensitivity whilst explaining the value of differences. The game equips you with the basic skills to successfully pave a path towards a career in culture distinctively different from your own culture.
