Why a three-fold structure? Basically, phased ELM workshops, i.e. workshops taking place over a number of days, are designed for the participants to get the most out of their time invested.
Our trainers work towards a steadily rising learning curve, leading the individual from being rather clueless to being truly clued-up, knowing their strong and their weak points, becoming aware of the reality of today’s labour markets, while being able to fully capture their own career opportunities in the international job arena.
