DESCRIPTION:As part of HUMANE’s Summer School Programme 2024\,  Nannette Ripmeester will give a workshop session about “Acquiring and leveraging intercultural competence” on September 15th\, 2024 at 15:45 – 16:45 CEST at the Freie Universitat Berlin. \nThe HUMANE Summer School focuses on transformation and change management and develops the leadership capability of senior managers in higher education by exposing them to different management practices from higher education as well as other sectors.  The School is designed for the next generation of senior managers of professional services.  The typical candidate will be someone with the potential to become a head of administration in the foreseeable future\, or they may be an expert or a specialist who has the potential to broaden responsibility and move in due course to a senior management position. We will send you the list of participants in due time. \nThis Summer programme\, held in Berlin from the 15th to the 20th of September 2024\, will encourage discussion and debate\, incorporating insights from the host region and inspiration from participants.
