DESCRIPTION:During the three-day PhD Career Guidance workshops\, one full-day and two half-day (virtual) workshop sessions aimed at international PhD candidates will help participants get a grip on their international career development and cultural differences in looking for work in the Netherlands and beyond. \nThe international workshop focuses the attention on strengths and possibilities and is aimed at bringing clarity to career development for non-Dutch PhD candidates. Participants will have the opportunity to create their own action plan for their next career step. To be able to move ahead and to prepare for their next career step\, a step that is not necessarily taking place in the academic world.  \nA (virtual) high-intensity workshop\, delivered by Nannette Ripmeester\, of two full days tailored to Dutch PhD candidates that provides participants with the necessary tools and tips to understand their career values and identify future career paths based on their interests and skills. \nParticipants will have the opportunity to create their own action plan for their next career step. Most importantly\, they will be able to act on that action plan and take their career towards the next level\, either within academia or beyond.
