DESCRIPTION:Join Amanda Connolly\, Sarah Gonzalez\, Adilia Ross\, Helen Pearson\, Gwenyth A. Smith\, Linda Melville & Nannette Ripmeester for the Virtual Enrichment workshop taking place on December 4th\, 2023 at 2:00 – 4:00 PM EST (8:00 – 10:00 PM CET) and there will be 3 or 4 hours of additional virtual small group work. \nThroughout each aspect of the Enrichment Program\, networking\, professionalization\, and the best practices of teaching and training are featured. Some of the workshop objectives include learning the elements to consider when building a training team and deciding on roles\, exploring ways to prepare and adapt the training\, and understanding the strucuture required for delivery. These features of the Enrichment Program are carried over into the work that is done within each Trainer Corps involvement opportunity and are 100% transferable to the work you do on your campus or within your organization! \n
