The session is built around the outputs of a research project of 5 higher education institutions in Canada. The focus is on the often-overlooked voice of the employer which provides evidence on how HEIs can help students to best articulate the skills gained through their international experiences to future employers.” \nAIEA is the Association of International Education Administrations annual conference and will take place on March 2-5  2025 at the Marriott Marquis\, Houston Texas.
