DESCRIPTION:Join Joanna Kumpula (Tampere University\, Finland)\, Edilio Mazzoleni (Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore\, Italy) and Nannette Ripmeester (Expertise in Labour Mobility\, Netherlands) for their panel session about “Aligning international education with employability: Data-driven approaches for the future” on September 12th 2024\, at 09:00 – 10:00 CEST at the Svenska Mässan in Gothenburg\, Sweden. \nMore about the session: \nIn this session\, international education experts will discuss the growing importance of employability as a key factor in students’ decisions to study abroad. Speakers will explore how institutions can align curricula better with labour market demands (spoiler alert: discussion needed here) and use data-driven recruitment strategies to meet employer needs.
