DESCRIPTION:Universities are sending abroad & receiving thousands of students every year. Providing a platform that connects students worldwide can be a tremendous support for the students & a rich resource for universities. This poster will showcase a digital community platform that connects students & encourages a discussion on global employability issues. \nThis poster will highlight the importance of having an international network to connect inward and outward mobility students of a university to build an understanding of global employability issues. It will map the procedure of implementing a digital global network by utilizing technology\, outline the functions needed for providing rounded support to students – from a world map to a community forum – and finally\, will propose different approaches of engaging students to use\, contribute and benefit from this global network for global career development.
