SUMMARY:WEBINAR | HOW DO EMPLOYERS RECOGNISE COMPETENCIES GAINED DURING MOBILITY?
DESCRIPTION:Join Nannette Ripmeester for her ErasmusCareers Webinar titled “How Do Employers Recognise Competencies Gained During Mobility?” on January 22nd 2025 at 17:00 – 17:50 CET. This webinar is the third out of the three webinars of ErasmusCareers project\, where participants will learn about the value employers give to competences gained during mobility\, and how it is recognised in the recruitment and onboarding processes. \nMeasuring the impact of mobility abroad on students’ career development remains challenging and the support they receive from universities in identifying and assessing competences is modest. The Erasmus Careers project aims to ensure that the competencies gained on mobility are recognized by students and employers and contribute to the career prospects of Erasmus+ participants.
