DESCRIPTION:PhD candidates are often faced with the question ”What’s next in your career?”\, especially in the last year of their PhD. For the European Training Network\, two workshops will be delivered by Nannette Ripmeester which are tailored for international PhD candidates that provide participants with the necessary tools and tips to understand their career values and identify future career paths based on their interests and skills. \nThe first workshop ”What to do after a PhD?” could support the candidates in the search for what kind of job would best suit them by giving them the opportunity to fully understand what they actually want in terms of their future career paths.
