Atttract, Integrate and Retain International Talent – Day two at the ECCE Careers Conference.
Expertise in Labour Mobility is one of the proud supporters of the ‘Global Connections & International Careers Services‘ ECCE conference, hosted at EBC in Berlin.
When discussing modern-day career services for the global workplace, international cooperation, employability skills training and possibilities to scale are key words. The ECCE conference brings professionals from careers services, international offices and senior management together to discuss the future role of international careers services and its strategic relevance for universities.
The second day of the ECCE conference is an Executive Training Day that will deepen your understanding of the current needs and challenges in HigherEd career services related to employability and soft skills training. We will focus on Attracting, Integrating and Retaining talent, bridging employability to cultural diversity and employer views to student needs.
ELM’s Nannette Ripmeester and Sevi Christoforou are the lead trainers for day 2. Delegates will strengthen their understanding of the current needs and challenges in HigherEd career services related to employability and soft skill training.
