DESCRIPTION:Join Nannette Ripmeester (Expertise in Labour Mobility / etio) for an insightful EAIE poster presentation about “Unpacking the internship and traineeship experience: Data-driven insights from 265 European employers” on September 11th\, 2025 at 14:30 – 16:00 CEST at the Svenska Mässan in Gothenburg\, Sweden. \nPoster Information \nThis poster presents findings from the Erasmus+ project Digitalising Erasmus Traineeship Application and Support\, analysing responses from 265 companies hosting interns or trainees. The data sheds light on the challenges faced and opportunities identified by employers in hosting interns and trainees. These insights aim to improve future placements and the impact of an Erasmus+ internship ​on employability and skill development. \nThe European Association for International Education (EAIE) 2025 conference scheduled on September 9-12th will highlight the hard work that propels our community towards a brighter future.
