DESCRIPTION:What is it like to work across borders? What if you’re entire team is international?  Nannette Ripmeester will give a dynamic and hands-on workshop for PhD candidates about “Working in an international team” on June 3rd\, 2025 at 9.30AM – 16.30PM CEST at TU Eindhoven Campus. \nThis interactive full-day event will explore how cultural differences effect the way one collaborates and communicates in a team and how this links to future careers. The goal of the workshop focuses on the areas of understanding how people approach work\, research\, and communication differently across cultures and why that matters\, learn how to build effective collaboration in diverse teams\, and participating in exercises to understand one’s own work style. This workshop will give PhD candidates the tools to understand cultural nuances and use them to their advantage in team settings.
