This poster presents findings from the Erasmus+ project Digitalising Erasmus Traineeship Application and Support, analysing responses from 265 companies hosting interns or trainees. The data sheds light on the challenges faced and opportunities identified by employers in hosting interns and trainees. These insights aim to improve future placements and the impact of an Erasmus+ internship on employability and skill development.
