WORK @ ELM

Expertise in Labour Mobility is looking for (Virtual) interns!

ELM IS LOOKING FOR MOTIVATED (AND FUN!) INTERNS TO JOIN OUR TEAM. WHAT WE OFFER: CHALLENGING PROJECTS IN AN INTERNATIONAL ATMOSPHERE AS WELL AS A VARIETY OF TASKS TO SUPPORT YOUR PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT. In light of sustainability, we're open to accommodate working from home and virtual internships, but our preference is for our interns to spend a few days per week in the office. The working hours are flexible meaning that it is easy to combine with studies or other work. Moreover, if doing a good job, you have the chance to continue to be a part of the team.

Are you looking to gain the work experience that catapults your career in international project management? We may just have the right internship for you.

We have several large government-funded projects dealing with careers, mobility and employability. And we are looking for enthusiastic interns with a knack for project support and an eye for cultural differences.

It is a 5-month internship for 4 days a week. Starting in February 2024.

If you would like to join our team – email your motivation letter and CV in English to info@labourmobility.com BEFORE 26 January. The job interviews for this position are scheduled for 30 January, provided you are invited for it.

See below for more info about this internship opportunity.

  • A virtual internship is an option; however, our strong preference is for in-person, being in the office for at least 3 days a week (we have a large, not too crowded office space and will always comply with government regulations)
  • We offer good coffee (and the intern does not need to make it … well occasionally would be appreciated!)

About the roles:

Project 1: Your main responsibility is to, together with an international team – based across Europe -, contribute to a European Commission project that will help “unpack” what Erasmus+ students have gained while being abroad.

Project 2: Your main responsibility is to, together with a Canadian consortium, contribute to a national government-funded project that will help “understand” what skills employers are looking for when hiring.

Who we are looking for: We want YOU with a genuine interest in mobility and careers. As a person, you are ambitious, structured, innovative, solution-oriented and persistent. Moreover, you are self-driven but still a communicative team player that enjoys an international and entrepreneurial environment. Being eager to develop your knowledge and work hard is something we value more than experience.

Benefits: This is a golden opportunity to develop and apply your international project understanding in a practical way.
