Session description:

Senior international leaders must do more than run programs—they must unite their campus, focus on what matters most, and ensure their achievements are recognized. This interactive session will share and discuss practical strategies around data-informed pragmatic leadership that turn surveys, benchmarks, and feedback into targeted action. We will ask (the audience and ourselves) How are you doing? How do you know? to embed candid feedback loops through external partners and comparative data.
